Eating a lot of sugar, gluten products, alcohol and even caffeine are examples. There is an upside and downside to everything we do and choose. These things are fine if the usage is moderate. The challenge is to strategize the things that you want to remove from your daily activities and try to implement the same for 100 days. We need to make sure that we do things which are useful to us to improve our health and fitness. There’s a freedom to do things and that feels great but for every freedom, there’s a downside. If you want to drink alcohol, and smoke weed there is an effect on your health. Try to avoid things which are harmful to your health and try to implement by doing it in your day to day life.There are a lot of distractions in our day to day life. Removing those distractions and implementing them is the biggest challenge. Everything thing that we do and choose has some upside and downside. Try to do things which are useful. Change your lifestyle, transform and stay healthy by keeping your fitness level high.
